In this panel (from Codename: Sailor V), Minako is encouraging her sickly classmate (and love interest #89, haha) not to give up. She promises to win first place in running in their school tournament... in exchange that he do the same for her next year.
It's a sweet moment and shows how compassionate Minako is for others, even if she shows it in her own unique way.
